Let's Talk
Our Commitment
Community Involvement
Nordmin Engineering is dedicated to the communities in which we live and do business, as well as our global community. Nordmin is proud to be involved in several fundraising initiatives at varying levels. Locally, Nordmin fundraises and volunteers for groups such as the Shelterhouse and the Dew Drop Inn. On a larger scale, the team participates in fundraisers for Heart & Stroke, Movember, and more!
Memorably, when Nordmin participated in the Engineering Challenge for Movember, the team finished first in all of Canada, raising over $19,000 for men’s health. This is a goal that Nordmin has strived to achieve every year since.
Health & Safety
Nordmin Engineering is committed to the highest of safety and quality standards. We are entrusted to the health and safety of not only our employees, but also our contractors, customers, and visitors. Our health and safety policies and practices along with collaboration and training result in a safe work environment.
Social Responsibility
Nordmin Engineering is committed to being a good corporate citizen all around the world. We believe our reputation, together with the trust and confidence of those with whom we deal, to be our most valuable assets.
We strive to maintain the highest ethical standards in carrying out our business activities as we are accountable to our employees, our community, and our environment.
Environmental Responsibility
Nordmin Engineering takes its responsibilities seriously and is committed to following sound environmental management practices and executing our business activities so that the environment is not adversely affected.
It is the practice of Nordmin to thus ensure that all reasonable measures are taken to identify and control conditions that may cause adverse environmental impact and to respond immediately and effectively to any incidents that may occur so that the worker and public safety is maintained, and property and environmental damage is minimized.
Proactive planning with respect to the potential impact of construction activities on the environment is a critical component of effective environmental protection.
